How often should I change my QT3 HEPA filter?
We recommend changing the filter after 800 hours of use. The QT3 has a built-in feature to remind you when 800 hours of use have passed.
Can I wash a dirty HEPA filter?
Unfortunately not - washing HEPA filters do not prolong their lfiespan, in fact, it decreases its performance. The best way to ensure clean air is to replace the HEPA filter.
